Free shipping is to the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
We do not ship outside the United States.
The bike will be packed in a large box, on a pallet, and will be delivered by a freight company.
The shipping time is usually about one week.
When the bike arrives, it will need some assembly... the front wheel will need to be put on, as will the trunk and pedals.
There may be some other minor assembly and all screws and bolts should be tightened.
Instructions are included and lifetime technical support is offered by the manufacturer.
