Good question!
First of all, it is simple. We stick to selling only the vehicles that qualify as legal electric bicycles. We do not deal with stand up scooters or similar vehicles which are not only illegal, but will probably get you injured or killed. We also do not sell "kits" or bicycles converted to electric. We consider these not only dangerous, but not nearly as useful. Try making a trip to the grocery store on one of those contraptions and see how it works for you. The next day, try it in the rain! Not fun.
Second, we include shipping TO YOUR DOOR and a 90 DAY WARRANTY standard with every bike. Other companies offer 30 day warranties and shipping to a frieght terminal unless you want to purchase an "extended warranty" and pay extra for delivery to your home or business.
Lastly, we LOVE electric bikes! We "walk the talk". Mike Ferreira, owner of www.ebikesltd.com , owns and rides an xb-600 as his sole form of transportation! He does not own a car. He does not rent cars. He believes that this is the best transportation value today and has turned it into a lifestyle choice. Of course, since he lives in sunny Sarasota, Florida, it is a little easier to do this year round than folks in some areas of the country.
