Well, it's pretty simple.
First off, it is the most economical form of personal motorized transportation. For just pennies a day, you can complete an average work commute, run errands, ride to a public transportation hub, or simply enjoy a pleasure ride unlike any other. Traveling on your electric bicycle, or electric moped, whichever you would prefer to call it, is peaceful and serene since the motor is virtually silent and vibration-free. There are also no oil changes, or other costly maintenance and repair issues that are needed with gas powered vehicles. There are no registration or insurance fees either.
Next, you are helping the environment and combating global warming by choosing this green transportation option as much as possible. Instead of adding to the problem, you have become part of the solution. Instead of complaining about the destruction of the environment, depletion of the Earths natural resources, and the never ending war in Iraq and Afganistan, not to mention our government's alienation of the world in it's quest for oil, resulting in terrorism threats, etc and then driving your gas guzzler, you can lead by example and make a real difference.
Lastly, if for any reason you are unable to obtain a drivers license, or insurance, an ebike is the perfect answer. Also, since no registration or title is required, that will be one less way for the government to track and regulate your life. True freedom of travel.
